We will need you to include the following information;
1. Order contact name and phone number.
2. Your ship to address for this order.
3. If applicable, bill to address (only for open account orders).
4. Payment information. We accept company purchase orders,American
Express,Visa, Mastercard, Wire
transfer, COD, Cash or check (US$).
5. For credit card orders we need the card holders name, card #, expiration date and
card statement address for verification.
6. To open a new account for Net 30 day terms, please submit your credit form (3
trades and bank references)
Shipping
We usually ship via UPS surface unless you request a different service (Fedex, RPS, UPS
red, blue, orange, etc...).
Returns : No returns accepted without a Return
Authorization (RA#) number issued to you by Instrument Engineers. No returns after 10
days. Returns are
subject to a restocking charge. All claims must be in writing and made within 5
days of receipt of goods.
